Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.No returns on certain items (water bottle, bowls, toys and grooming tools) due to hygiene and safety reasons.
